By curing premature ejaculation, controlling the ejaculation and channeling our sexual energy we start a path of very rapid self development.
We recommend you to practice sexual continence (non ejaculation) during lovemaking. To accomplish this you will have to develop your capacity for control, and erotic sensitivity.
The technique that is presented here will help you avoid premature ejaculation (which depletes the sexual energy reserves) and lead you on your way towards experiencing multiple orgasms.
Your level of success is determined by your level of mental control, sensitivity and sexual energy. It might take you some weeks to experience multiple orgasms or it might even take months and even years depending on your constitution.
Controlling The Breath
In order to control your sexual energy and to practice sexual continence, you have to breathe as deeply and as relaxed as you can. All martial arts and yoga advocate that the breath is the key needed in the controlling of the body.
Breathing is a very unconscious act for us. We do not pay much thought to it or to the rhythm in which we breathe.
Breathing influences the cardiac rhythm, slow breathing slowing down the heart beat and fast breathing speeding it up.
As you approach ejaculation become aware of your breath and start to breathe slower. This will slow down the heart and metabolism and the urge to ejaculate will disappear.
Breathe Deeply!
The vast majority of us breathe very superficially not pulling the air all the way down to the abdomen.
Newborn babies breathe with the abdomen. If you watch a baby sleeping, you will notice that the belly moves with each breath. Abdominal breathing fills our lungs with air allowing us to replace the residual air which stagnates inside our lungs with fresh air.
This is the healthiest way of breathing, but most of us lost this ability due to stress and anxiety. When we are happy and we laugh, we breathe with the abdomen.
This exercise shows how to breathe with the abdomen like when you were a baby.
When you practice the technique suggested here, you must breathe in through your nose, as the air gets filtered and warmed. Breathing in through the mouth brings cold unfiltered air to the lungs.
The Technique
1. Place your feet on the floor and sit with a straight spine.
2. Put the hands on the navel and make sure your shoulders are relaxed.
3. Inhale with the nose and feel the belly fill with air. It should push forth as the diaphragm goes down.
4. Relax the chest while exhaling forcefully through the mouth, so that the lower part of your abdomen is pulled back, as if you want to push the navel towards the spine. You will also feel how your penis and testicles are drawn upwards.
5. Steps 3 and 4 should be repeated 21 times.
A few minutes of daily abdominal breathing will teach your body to breathe deeply again in a natural manner, even when you sleep. While making love, this capacity is essential in order to prevent ejaculation and to expand the erotic sensations throughout your whole body.
You should continue with the exercises even after the preliminary results of stopping the ejaculation. The technique circulates the sexual energy and will transform it into higher more refined energies in your being. Through the retention and proper sublimation of the sexual energies you will become more powerful, affectionate, intuitive and focused (just to mention a few of the advantages).
When men do not ejaculate most will feel an intense pressure in the prostate area. This pressure is alleviated through this breathing exercise.
The pressure in this area is due to the stagnation of the sexual energy there, and should be sublimated or it will lead to feelings of irritability and frustration.
